在新北泰山,有一戶李家望族。大家族裡,最溫暖的記憶從來不在廳堂,而是在灶腳。

李家的大廚是母親——李許在女士。她的手藝,養大了一整個家族的胃與心。逢年過節,親戚鄰里聞香而來,那鍋慢火細燉的滷蛋,是所有孩子搶著吃的寶貝。醬香滲透蛋白,每一口都是鹹甘交織的幸福。

小女兒宜珍,從小就愛窩在母親身旁,看著大鍋裡的食材翻滾,聽著母親隨口唸出的火候口訣。那些沒有被寫下的配方,都刻在了她的記憶裡。

歲月流轉,中年以後的宜珍,開始想念那個味道。她一次又一次地嘗試,用最笨的方法——一鍋一鍋地滷,一口一口地試——只為了找回小時候站在母親身邊,那個令人安心的味道。

她找到了。不只是味道,更是母親的愛。

In Taishan, New Taipei City, there is a distinguished family named Lee. In this large household, the warmest memories were never made in the grand hall — they were born in the kitchen.

The family's beloved cook was the matriarch, Mrs. Lee Hsu-Tsai. Her culinary gifts nourished not just the stomachs but the souls of an entire clan. During holidays and gatherings, relatives and neighbors would follow the aroma to her door. Her slow-braised eggs — simmered for hours until the savory sauce permeated every layer — were the treasure every child reached for first.

Her youngest daughter, Yi-Zhen, loved nothing more than standing by her mother's side, watching ingredients tumble in the great iron pot, listening to the whispered wisdom about timing and temperature. Those unwritten recipes etched themselves into her heart.

Years passed. In middle age, Yi-Zhen began to long for that taste. She tried again and again — pot after pot, bite after bite — searching patiently for the exact flavor she remembered from childhood, the one that made the world feel safe.

She found it. And in finding the taste, she found her mother's love once more.

廟宇裡的一份心意

An Offering from the Heart

宜珍是虔誠的道教徒,每逢初一十五、神明聖誕,她總是親手備妥供品,帶著一顆虔敬的心走進廟門。

從台北萬華的龍山寺,到宜蘭三清宮、無極天道院;從中和烘爐地的南山福德宮,到南投地母廟、新港奉天宮——她的足跡踏遍台灣各地的知名廟宇。每一次進香,除了為家人祈求平安,她總會多帶上好幾份親手製作的滷蛋與小點心。

她不是為了賣,而是為了給。

那些小點心被她整齊地擺放在供桌旁,附上一張小紙條:「請自取,願平安。」路過的信眾、遠道而來的香客,甚至廟裡的志工師兄師姐,嚐了一口後都讚不絕口。

漸漸地,「宜珍老蛋」這個名字在廟宇之間流傳開來。信眾們口耳相傳,開始有人專程詢問、預訂。一顆小小的蛋,從供桌上走進了人們的日常。

Yi-Zhen is a devout Taoist. On the first and fifteenth of every lunar month, on the birthdays of the gods, she would prepare her offerings by hand and step through the temple gate with a heart full of reverence.

From the ancient Longshan Temple in Taipei's Wanhua district, to Sanqing Temple in Yilan and Wuji Tiandao Temple; from the beloved Nanshan Fude Temple perched on Hongludi in Zhonghe, to the Earth Mother Temple in Nantou and Fengtian Temple in Xingang — her footsteps have traced a map of devotion across Taiwan. With every pilgrimage, beyond praying for her family's well-being, she would bring extra batches of her handmade braised eggs and snacks.

She never made them to sell. She made them to give.

She would arrange her offerings neatly beside the altar with a small handwritten note: "Please help yourself. Wishing you peace." Worshippers passing through, pilgrims from distant towns, even the temple volunteers — all who tasted her eggs marveled at the depth of flavor.

Before long, the name "Yi-Zhen's Heritage Eggs" began to travel from temple to temple. Word of mouth spread among the faithful, and soon people sought her out to place orders. A humble egg had journeyed from the offering table into the everyday lives of grateful strangers.

一口咬下的感動

One Bite That Changed Everything

初為人父的William喜悅滿溢心頭。為了兒子的滿月禮,他請小阿姨宜珍製作她最拿手的滷蛋,作為分送親友的滿月禮盒。

禮盒送到那天,William 隨手拿起一顆蛋,咬了一口。

那一瞬間,時光倒流了。

他想起小時候外婆家的廚房,想起那個總是飄著滷汁香氣的午後,想起外婆笑著把最入味的那顆蛋夾進他碗裡的畫面。那些以為早已模糊的記憶,竟隨著舌尖上的味道一一浮現,清晰得令人鼻酸。

於是,「阿姨Q蛋」誕生了。安緹國際有限公司正式成立,William 以自己的專業為橋梁,將李家灶腳裡的傳統美味,送往世間更多的角落。

William became a father late in life, and the joy of holding his newborn son overflowed beyond words. For the baby's one-month celebration — a cherished tradition in Taiwan — he asked Auntie Yi-Zhen to prepare her signature braised eggs as gifts for family and friends.

When the gift boxes arrived, William casually picked up an egg and took a bite.

In that single moment, time folded back upon itself.

He was a boy again, standing in his grandmother's kitchen, breathing in the fragrance of simmering soy broth on a lazy afternoon. He saw his grandmother's gentle smile as she placed the most perfectly seasoned egg into his rice bowl. Memories he thought had faded long ago came rushing back with startling clarity, sharp enough to sting his eyes.

"This is not just an egg," William thought. "This is a memory. A longing. A love I thought I could never taste again."

As a marketing professional, he made a decision in that very moment — he would bring this experience to as many people as possible. Not for commerce, but out of a conviction that in this hurried world, people deserve to be reminded by something as humble as a lovingly made egg: the taste of home has never really left.

And so, "Auntie's Egg" was born. Antie International Co., Ltd. was established, and William became the bridge — carrying a family's kitchen heritage from a quiet corner of Taishan to tables around the world.
